2 Ingredient Protein Wrap

This is such a great versatile wrap to have on hand for meal prep or leftovers. I like to use them like crepes or tortillas. Recipe from @indigonili

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon beef gelatin

Whisk ingredients together and cook on a pan over low heat for a few min on each side (until golden brown). Make sure to let them cool/rest on a wire rack before using. And that’s it! So simple and versatile! You can use these as sweet crepes or make them into a post workout meal.
