Butter Candles on Steak

Recipe by @rhythm.kitchen

Well, that’s one way to burn fat over the holidays

Carnivore Crisps Grass-Fed Beef Butter Candles These garlic-infused fat bombs are actually super easy to make! I bought some organic hemp wicks off Amazon and used the mini cupcake trays I already had in my kitchen. You can infuse the beef butter with just about anything, then decorate the candles with herbs, spices, or just leave them plain. They leave a rich, beefy flavor on whatever dish you are working with, and they are so fun to dip into

Here’s what you’ll need:
•Organic hemp wicks
•mini cupcake tray, or any small jars or containers
•toothpicks
•1 jar Carnivore Crisps Grass Fed Beef Butter
•3 tbsp minced garlic
•finely chopped herbs of choice (I used parsley)
•spices of choice (I used smoked paprika)

Begin by melting the beef butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. You may microwave the jar first (lid off) to make the contents easier to pour out. Add garlic and let sizzle for 30 seconds to a minute (careful not to burn). Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Strain fat into a cup and carefully fill cupcake pan with beef butter. Take a wick and wrap it around a toothpick, leaving about an inch of space between the end of the wick and the toothpick. Drop it in the mold and position the wick in the center, letting the toothpick hold the top in place. Repeat with remaining wicks. Place candles in fridge for an hour or more to set. Once hardened, carefully remove candles from pan or molds and roll in your favorite herbs or spices. LIGHT & ENJOY!
