Carnivore Bagel

These are a fun way to get your protein in!
Easy to make a freeze well, too.
I added a bit of fresh organic jalapeño to make mine jalapeño cheese flavor.

You can totally omit to make this 100% carnivore.

8 medium eggs
2 oz melted butter
4 oz shredded cheddar
4 oz whole milk cottage cheese
1 oz beef flour
1 oz chicken flour
5 g baking powder
1/2 jalapeño (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Use Carnivore Crisps' beef butter or regular butter to coat your donut pan.
Pour in batter and fill until almost full.
Makes 10 bagels.
Bake at 375° for 22 minutes.

I love these warmed up and smeared with cream cheese.
