Savory S’mores with Carnivore Crisps Beef Flour & Crisps Air fried egg yolks coated in beef flour create the perfect jammy “chocolate” for these s’mores, and melted mozzarella cheese is a creamy glow-up to the standard mushy marshmallow. Sandwich those together with some crisps, and you’ve got a tasty carnivore campfire treat!

•Carnivore Crisps Beef Flour
•cold egg yolks
•avocado spray (optional)
•fresh mozzarella cheese
•your favorite Carnivore Crisps!

Scatter some of the beef flour on a plate. Carefully drop yolks, one at a time, onto flour. Use plate to roll the yolk around until completely coated. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper or tin foil, place in the air fryer and spray with avocado oil (optional). Cook at 400°F for 4 minutes, checking at 3 minutes until you reach desired yolk consistency. Optional to melt cheese on a skewer, using a torch or over an open flame. Build your “s’more” by sandwiching the egg yolks and cheese together between two crisps. Enjoy!
