How the Crisps Stole Christmas
Chicken Crusted Pickle Dog with Carnivore Crisps Chicken Breast Crisps and Carnivore Crumbs. Call me a grinch, but I’m done with the holiday cookies and treats. Tonight, Santa’s getting a pickle. It’s CRISPSMAS and WE RIDE AT DAWN!
Recipe:
•1 3.75 oz bag Carnivore Crisps Chicken Breast Crisps
•1-4 extra large whole pickles
•2 eggs, whisked
•1 cup almond flour
•garlic powder to taste
•salt to taste
•avocado oil spray (optional)
•1-4 grass fed beef hot dogs
•1 bag Carnivore Crisps Rib Eye Crumbs (or Crumbs of choice)
•condiments of choice
Begin by peeling the pickles. This step is optional, however it helps the “breading” stick when fried. Cut a slit down the pickle lengthwise- think hot dog bun. In a food processor, blend chicken crisps until you have a fine crumb consistency. Season the almond flour and eggs with garlic powder and salt. Coat pickles in almond flour, followed by the egg mixture, and then finally the chicken crisps crumbs. Place in air fryer and spray with avocado oil. Air fry for 8 minutes at 400°F. Add hot dogs and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Build your crumby pickle with hot dog and condiments, followed by some rib eye crumbs.
