Chocolate Covered Brisket

Chocolate Covered Brisket

Recipe by @eatmeatqueen

Move over chocolate covered bacon! There's a new Sheriff in town.

I rarely eat chocolate, but I like to make it fun when I do! What better way than to pair it with beef?! To make it even better I added a dollop of Beef Butter!

Here's how I did it...

Get your favorite Carnivore Crisps, your favorite chocolate (I like to use Ghirardelli's coconut sugar chocolate chips) and some beef butter and let's go!

Add about 4-6 ounces of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of beef butter to your double boiler bowl. (The are tons of how-tos on YouTube for this if you need!) I like to set my stove to medium heat. Once the chips are almost melted, I turn off the heat and keep stirring.

Get the best pieces of your crisps out the bag and start dipping away! Set on a parchment lined pan to harden. I set mine in the fridge to speed up the process so I could add a drizzle to them. They need to be firm before you can add the drizzle.

I think these will be a great addition to your next party! I'm thinking of taking them to @sapiencenter Holiday party tomorrow! Not sure if I want to share! Would you share these?
