I love deviled eggs, but since cutting out pork, I'm always looking for creative ways to get that salty nutrient dense crunch.  Carnivore Crisps accomplishes just that.

Many worry about what to replace seed oil laden mayo with... You can use one of the following or do a mixture of them all! 

Filling ideas:

Butter mayo

Sour cream

Cream cheese

Butter, softened makes it easier to mix in

Olive oil

Dijon mustard

Honey mustard
