EASY CHEESY PEPPERONI PIZZA with extra protein sprinkled on top
The pizza crust is made from canned chicken breast mixed with grated parm and an egg, and for the toppings I used pepperoni, red onion, and Carnivore Crisps lamb crumbs!
1. Preheat oven to 450F. Lay the chicken breast on parchment paper and put in the oven for 10 min to dry it out
2. Mix the dried chicken with 1 cup grated parm and 1 egg - that’s your crust!
3. Lay it on parchment paper and insert for another 10 min
4. Add toppings and put back in the oven for 5-10 min
The crust doesn’t taste weird or too healthy - it actually tastes like a real crust and has the same consistency.
