Flourless chicken nuggets
1 LB boneless chicken thighs
1 cup Carnivore Crisps Chicken “Flour”
1-2 tbsp Carnivore Crisps Beef Organ Blend “Flour”
2 tsp organic paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder/granules
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne (1/2 tsp if you like ‘em extra spicy)
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Dash of pickle brine (optional & I forgot to put that in the video but it gives great flavor to the chicken)
Animal fats for frying
1. Combine carnivore crisp flour blends & seasonings together in a dish. In a separate dish combine the milk, eggs, and pickle brine
3. Tenderize the chicken thighs until they’re semi flat and cut into small nugget pieces
4. Dip each nugget into the egg mix then into the flour mix, make sure to fully coat each piece
5. Add some Carnivore Crisps beef butter (or any animal fats you have, tallow, lard, ghee, or even coconut oil) into a cast-iron pan. 1 inch of fat is perfect for frying, it doesn’t have to fully cover the nugget
6. Once the oil is heated thoroughly, drop in the nuggets and fry on each side for about two minutes
7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy
These flourless & grain free chicken nuggets are SO delicious. I’m definitely going to be making these often! They’re super juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. Soo much flavor, protein, and nutrients packed into one little nugget!
This is a great alternative to using regular store bought flour and gives you an even higher protein meal. I love adding in a bit of their organ meat flour blend to get those extra nutrients too, it’s a great way to sneak in organs
