Holiday Brisket Nachos with Carnivore Crisps Beef Brisket Crisps. These crisps are great on their own, but when heated up and served like nachos they are beefdiculously good!
•1 3.75 oz bag carnivore crisps beef brisket
•5 oz goat cheese, at room temperature
•2 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
•2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
•2 TBSP oil
•pepper to taste
•12 oz fresh cranberries
•2 TBSP orange zest
•1/2 cup fresh orange juice or water
•1 cup sugar substitute
•1 jalapeño, diced
•salt to taste
•chives for plating
Combine cheeses, oil and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. In a baking dish, dollop brisket crisps with cheese mixture and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cranberries, liquid, zest, sweetener, jalapeño and salt in a pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer over medium heat until mixture is thick and the berries have broken down, about 10 minutes. Top crisps with sauce and garnish with chives. Enjoy!
