Liver crusted pork chop

Delicious? Absolutely!
Ingredients:
- 1 4-8oz Pork chop
- 1 egg
- 40 gram Carnivore Crisps beef liver
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt n pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300
- Crack egg and scramble
- Put liver chips into bag with garlic & onion powder and crush. Salt and pepper to taste
- Put pork chop in egg wash and then cover with breading mixture
- Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side
- Place in oven for 15-20 mins or until an internal temp of 165
- Let rest for 5 mins and chow down!
