Liver crusted pork chop

Crazy? Maybe

Delicious? Absolutely!

  • 1 4-8oz Pork chop
  • 1 egg
  • 40 gram Carnivore Crisps beef liver
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt n pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Crack egg and scramble
  3. Put liver chips into bag with garlic & onion powder and crush. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. Put pork chop in egg wash and then cover with breading mixture
  5. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side
  6. Place in oven for 15-20 mins or until an internal temp of 165
  7. Let rest for 5 mins and chow down!
