Why the forkity fork would ANYONE want to sneak extra #zucchini onto their neighbor’s doorstep**… ESPECIALLY if you can make a shit ton of Ribeye Crumb Stuffed Zucchini?!?
Well… Apparently it’s national “sneak extra zucchini on your neighbor’s doorstep” day… But my neighbors can FORK OFF cause I’m keeping ALL of my zucchini so I can make the #recipe that’s playing as you read this caption… OVER and OVER and OVER again!
Here’s whatcha need:
- Zucchini
- Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Tomato Paste
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Avocado Oil (or fat of choice)
- Nutritional Yeast (or use cheese)
- @carnivorecrisps ribeye crumbs (or brisket)
- @carnivorecrisps crumbs of choice (to sprinkle on top when done)
- Parsley (simply to give it a pop of vibrant color)
