MEAT LOVERS CARNIVORE CUPCAKES!
In the past I made meat lovers egg bites and with the new addition of Carnivore Crisps flour I decided to recreate them with a twist, by making cupcakes (frosting included ).
1 Tbsp of Carnivore Crisps butter in a pan
16 oz of hot pork sausage (mix and chop and brown)
8 oz uncured diced ham
1 serving (15 slices) of pepperoni
Warm through and then let cool
4-6 large eggs (whisk)
1/2 or more of Carnivore Crisps flour (I went with the beef & organ)
Add meat mixture into batter and mix.
Fill up silicone cupcake molds
Top with chopped up pepper jack cheese (used Sargento Cheese)
350° oven for about 18-20 mins and cool afterwards.
1/2 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
1Tbsp Red Boat Fish Sauce
Add in a bit of heavy cream to whip things up
Frost your cupcakes and enjoy!
The flavor on this was amazing and the fish sauce added so my umami, I could have eaten them all
