This recipe uses a technique that I like to call "savory stacking". Oftentimes recipes just have one main savory flavor involved... but stacking different savory flavors can enhance the recipe and keep your taste buds guessing! This recipe has the base savory flavor from the ground beef being enhanced by the savory flavor from the added chicken flour... and the results are delicious.
Savory Stacking Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup Carnivore Crisps chicken flour
1 tsp beef gelatin
1/2 teaspoon smoked salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 egg (optional... I would have added an egg but my egg-intolerant son wanted to eat these so I left it out this time!)
