Carnivore Crisps: grass-fed and finished beef brisket. Seasoned perfectly with Redmond salt to create a buttery, crispy, irresistible flavor in every bite.

If you like brisket and beef, you will love these crisps. We slice the beef razor-thin, then air-dry it to achieve the perfect chip-like texture. The meat and fat just melt in your mouth.

Enjoy them straight out of the bag, or substitute them for traditional chips. Enjoy!

Thin and crispy (not too crunchy) beautiful amount of fat. Very expensive and shipping can be anywhere from 3-7 days. Yes I keep coming back for more. One of the few reliable carnivore snacks I can enjoy comfortably.

I like brisket and salt so these would have seemed perfect. Unfortunately these were not. There was no flavor, did not seem salty at all and to be sure I had others try them and none liked these crisps. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to getting them.
